My Dream Vacation

My husband and I are trying to think of a cool vacation for this summer. We have both been so busy that we haven't been on one in three years. With the economy the way it is I know we won't be going on our dream trip to Italy. You know, one of those where you spend a week at a villa in the country learning to cook? But we want to come up with something.

I am leaning towards Canada. I hear Montreal and Quebec City are beautiful in the summer. I know they have good food! With the way my husband's work goes I'll have to find some cheap travel insurance in case we have to cancel, but I so want to go!
