A Go To Snack

If you are like me and feeling "fluffy" after all of the holiday feasting you are probably trying to lose weight about now. If so, I am going to share one of my favorite snacks with you. I always get the munchies about half way through the afternoon and need a little something. This gets me by. Try it with celery sticks or baked pita chips.

Tofu Dip

8 oz. firm tofu
onion and garlic salt to taste
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate. I like lots of garlic and onion because I'm looking for big flavor to satisfy my snack urge. Customize it to your taste.
