I posted my recipe for tofu dip a few days ago. It's one of my favorite things when I'm trying to lose weight. Instead of looking for diets for quick weight loss I tend to concentrate on eating and snacking right. I thought I would share some more of my favorite healthy snacks.
Peanut butter - It may seem to high in fat but consider the fact that you only need to eat a small amount to satisfy your hunger. Use it as a dip for celery sticks or sliced apple for a filling treat.
Nuts - There seems to be a nut theme but they are healthy with beneficial fats and fiber. Try a small handful of almonds or walnuts when you need a boost.
Hummus - There are many prepared ones in the grocery isle now, experiment with the different flavors. I like to used baked pita chips or celery with it.
